Thursday Afternoon Sail
June 23, 2011…
We’ve had lots of wind and rain over the last few days, but when the weather showed a brief break, we took advantage and went for a sail. Ben’s dad has been in town for the past week, as well as our friend’s Jaime and Annelle with their son from GA, so we took them all out for the afternoon.
The temps were cool and wind fluctuated between 8-13 knots.
Though there was still evidence of rain in the distance.
Ben’s dad was having a great time.
As was Blake and everyone else.
After a few hours sailing around the bay, we returned to the marina in time to beat the rain…
…and enjoyed a beautiful sunset.
